Ruby のサーバー立ち上げが不可能

こんばんは！

本日は1限から建築の授業があったのにも関わらず、見事に寝坊して2限から頑張りました。やっぱ朝から頑張ると辛いなー

さて、空き時間にはRuby on Railsをひたすら頑張っているのですが、rails sが起動できなくてこまっています。

rails sやっているのにこのザマ。ここから進まない。

rails g controller home topもこれじゃあ意味なし。

Description:

    defaults values shown above in this help message.

Example:

ここから動きません。誰か原因のわかる方、教えてください。

ちなみに、プログラミングの本は近々入手する予定です。今晩中にこのトンネルを抜けだして、サーバーを立ち上げるぞー！
